Terms of Service

• Content Bridge provides a workspace for writing and saving drafts with text, images, or video, publishing posts to your selected connected X accounts, and viewing available metrics for posts published through the service.
• Publishing starts when you submit a post to your selected accounts and continues in the background. Metrics are refreshed on request and depend on the data and API access available from X.
• The service is provided as-is and may change as the product evolves.

• You are responsible for securing your email inbox, any Google account used for sign-in, your devices, and your Content Bridge sessions.
• You may not share credentials or X account authorizations with unauthorized users.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these terms, or create a security risk.

• When you connect X, you authorize Content Bridge to access your account within the permissions shown during authorization, including publishing posts you request and retrieving available post metrics.
• You must have permission to connect and publish to the selected X account. Your use of X remains subject to X's own terms, policies, and API restrictions.
• X outages, access limits, or permission changes can prevent publishing or metrics retrieval. If a publishing outcome is uncertain, check X before trying again to avoid duplicate posts.
• Disconnecting X removes saved X credentials from Content Bridge but does not revoke the authorization at X. You can separately revoke that authorization in your X account settings.

• You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not publish content you are not authorized to share, infringe others' rights, or use the service for spam or platform manipulation.
• Automated access is permitted only through approved product surfaces and issued credentials.

• You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for the drafts and posts you submit, including their accuracy, legality, and any necessary permissions.
• You authorize us to store and process your content to provide the service and to transmit posts to X when you choose to publish them.
• Review content before publishing. Published posts are handled by X under its own terms and settings; deleting your Content Bridge account does not delete posts already published on X.

• No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous availability of the service or post metrics.
• Maintenance, outages, changes at X or other providers, or network issues may temporarily affect availability.

• We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
• Otherwise, liability for minor negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

• You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete your account through Settings after confirming by email, or contact us for help.
• Account deletion removes your Content Bridge account, drafts, post history, metrics, and saved X credentials from the active database. It does not remove published posts from X.
• We may modify or discontinue the service or individual features with effect for the future. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
