Account Eligibility

  • •You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • •One person or entity may maintain only one account.

User Responsibilities

  • •You may only connect social media accounts that you own or have authorization to manage.
  • •You are responsible for all content posted through our scheduling features.
  • •You agree not to use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • •You must comply with the terms of service of connected social media platforms.
  • •You are responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions for any content you schedule or publish.

Brand Partnerships

  • •You control your visibility to brands through your profile settings.
  • •Content Bridge facilitates introductions but is not a party to any agreements between creators and brands.
  • •You are responsible for negotiating and fulfilling partnership terms directly with brands.
  • •Compliance with FTC disclosure requirements and local advertising laws is your responsibility.

Data and Content

  • •You retain ownership of your content and data.
  • •You grant Content Bridge a license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
  • •Analytics data is derived from your connected social media accounts via their official APIs.
  • •We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics data, which depends on third-party platform availability.

Intellectual Property

  • •The Content Bridge platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TQDM Inc.
  • •You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its components without permission.

Service Availability
