• Account data: email address, display name, profile image where provided, password hash if you set a password, sessions, and authentication records. Session records can include IP address and browser information.
• Google sign-in data, when Google sign-in is available and you choose it: account identifiers, basic profile information, and authentication credentials received during sign-in. Google sign-in does not connect an X account or provide Google Drive access.
• X connection data: your X account identifier, name, username, and encrypted access and refresh tokens used to maintain the connection.
• Publishing data: saved drafts, post text, uploaded images and videos, media descriptions, selected destination accounts, publishing status, X post identifiers, error information, available post metrics, and related timestamps.
• Support correspondence and technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps, status codes, and error messages.

• We process data to provide account access, save drafts, publish posts you request, retrieve post metrics, and manage your connected X account.
• We also use data to deliver authentication and account emails, respond to support requests, enforce access controls, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
• Where applicable, our legal bases are performance of a contract to provide the service; legitimate interests in security, reliability, and responding to enquiries; and consent where required for optional account authorizations.

Uploaded images and videos are stored privately and processed to validate their format. Media attached to drafts or post history is retained with that content. Unattached uploads are removed after 24 hours. Account deletion queues stored media for removal; it does not remove posts already published on X.

• Content Bridge connects to X only after you authorize it. The requested permissions allow reading your account and posts, uploading media and publishing posts you request, and maintaining access through refresh tokens.
• Post text is sent to X when you choose Publish now. We retrieve available lifetime metrics for posts published through Content Bridge when you request a refresh.
• Disconnecting removes saved X credentials from our active database. Your Content Bridge post history remains until you delete your account. To revoke the app authorization at X, use your X account settings.

• We share data with technical service providers as needed to operate the service, including hosting and network infrastructure providers, our email delivery provider Resend, and our website analytics provider Umami Cloud.
• X receives content and API requests needed to perform the actions you authorize. Google processes sign-in requests if you choose Google sign-in when available. Those providers process information under their own policies.
• We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the service.
• We do not sell personal data or use Google or X account data for advertising.

• Account, draft, post history, and metrics data is stored while you use the service. Authentication codes, reset links, and sessions have expiration periods.
• You can request account deletion in Settings and complete it through the emailed confirmation link. This removes your account and associated Content Bridge data, including saved X credentials, from the active database.
• Deleting your Content Bridge account does not delete posts already published on X or revoke the app authorization at X. Manage those separately in your X account.
• Operational logs may remain for a limited period for security and service integrity. The current database backup rotation retains backups for 14 days; deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire. Records may be kept longer where required by law.

Content Bridge is operated by a US company. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our infrastructure and service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your location. Contact us with questions about the handling of your information.

We use Umami Cloud to understand page usage and improve Content Bridge. It receives page paths, referring website origins, browser language, and screen size. Analytics requests also expose technical connection information, including your IP address, to the provider. We remove query strings and URL fragments, use a fixed page title, and send only the referring website's origin. We do not send account identifiers, form contents, drafts, post text, or authentication tokens, and we do not enable session replay or user identification.

• We use necessary cookies for authentication sessions and account connection flows, and browser storage for temporary authentication steps.
• We use local storage to remember interface preferences such as your selected theme.
• Content Bridge does not use advertising cookies or session replay. Post metrics shown in the app come from X and describe your published posts.

• We use measures designed to protect data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, including HTTPS in production, access controls, authentication rate limits, and encryption of saved X access and refresh tokens.
• Please secure your email inbox, any Google account used for sign-in, your X account, devices, and active sessions because they can provide access to your Content Bridge account.

• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal data, and to raise concerns with a relevant data protection authority.
• You can edit your account details, manage sessions, and request account deletion through Settings. You can withdraw X authorization by disconnecting in Content Bridge and revoking access at X.
